The Ultimate 6 DVD is an extension of the book. It includes a How-To section lead by Founder and Creator of the Trigger Point tools, Cassidy Phillips. This section will explain how to use the tools and cover questions such as pace, placement, breathing and so on. The second section in the DVD is a Re-Gen Class that offers you a class to just follow along. The class also takes you through the 6 most important areas of the body.
